Key responsibilities include: Preparation of Commissioning and Start Up Procedures Writing Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning and StartUp procedures Work Assignment to the Teams for the work at site Acceptance MC dossiers from EPC contractor ( MC Coordinator). Driving internal meetings for gaps closure which could stop the project progress. Driving meetings with EPC, PMC and Operation in order to get final MC certification. Working with Procurement Dep. to be sure everything is available during Commissioning and Start UP phase (tools, materials, row materials, solvent, man power etc.) Preparation and Implemention of EHS Plan for the C & SU Phase. Responsible for the PSSR (Pre Start Up Safety Review) Development and Monitoring of Commissioning and Start-up Schedule (Primavera P6).
