Hi, I am Stefan, Living in Lelystad and currently working at Cyclovriend as a process and system optimizer. Before I've worked as an Order Managener Specialist at QWIC, a Premium Dutch e-bike manufacturer. I have over 10 years of experience in Customer Service and Ordermanagement in the bicycle industry, and by the end of 2022 I've completed APICS CLTD Supplychain course (Certified in Logistics, Transport & distribution).My role at QWIC involves managing the entire order process, from order entry to delivery and invoicing.In the last years we managed to change from manual order entry into NAV ERP, to an automated process. During this period I was key-user of NAV, I have optimized processes and created reports and KPI's for the company. Recently we started a project to migrate to SAP, where we unfortunately needed to stop, because of bankruptcy of the company.My strenghts are my knowledge about the bicycle industry, my analytical skills and pragmatic approach.I like to work with data, building reports and fix problems that occur in the operations. Because of my experience in a growing company, I know what the challenges are, and what changes needs to be made to make processes more efficiënt.As a former Customer Service agent I have a strong background of what our customer needs are, and therefore what needed to be changed to perform better as a company. I have been promoted after 2 years to Teamlead Customer Service of around 10 FTE, and know how to coach and develop a high-performing team of Customer Service Representatives.
