I have been working for seventeen years in Occupational Health & Safety with employers across a diverse range of industries including container shipping, agribusinesses, FMCG operations and Forest Management. The roles incorporate hands on work, working with field staff in an operation capacity. Also providing strategic guidance in OH & S, OH & S Management Systems and the mentoring of Operational & Branch Managers. In addition to my current role I am also performing safety system audits and field auditing for third party and industry stakeholders. Previously I was employed in the Workers Compensation field in various roles from Business Development Manager, Return to Work Co-ordinator & staff trainer working both in Australia (NSW & Victoria) and New Zealand. Qualifications; Graduate Diploma in Occupational Hazard Management (Ballarat University, 2009) Lead Investigator in ICAM Investigations Certified Lead Auditor of Safety Management Systems including ISO 45001 Rehabilitation & Return to Work Co-ordinator Cert 4 in Mentoring and Coaching Safety Leader trained in Observational Safety (Safety Interactions) Trained in Confined Space Entry & Working at Heights
