Background

About Stefan Cabral

I help nonprofits grow by building the relationships, partnerships, and resources their programs need to thrive. With a background in fundraising strategy, grant writing, and donor relations, I work at the intersection of mission and community, connecting organizations with the people and partners who make their work possible.Part of that work means cultivating meaningful partnerships with local businesses and corporate sponsors, creating opportunities for companies to invest in their communities in ways that generate real, visible impact. I believe the strongest programs are built on relationships, not just transactions, and I bring that philosophy to every partnership I develop.I manage competing priorities without losing the details, whether that's tracking a grant pipeline, stewarding key donors, coordinating events, or identifying new funding opportunities. I thrive in environments where development and programs work hand in hand.Driven by mission. Focused on impact. Always looking to connect with organizations and businesses that want to make a lasting difference in the communities that need it most.
