Work & Organizational Psychology I hold a Master’s in Work & Organizational Psychology, where I gained a strong foundation in applying theory to real-world challenges. I’m skilled in designing and analyzing studies, advanced statistical methods (moderation, mediation, network analysis, regression, ANOVA, meta-analysis), and using R/RStudio for data-driven insights. I also developed experience in creating behavioral interventions, translating research into practical recommendations, and strengthening negotiation skills through simulations and exercises. Part of the Rockstart Team At Rockstart, we empower founders to drive positive change on a global scale. We support purpose-driven founders in Energy, AgriFood, and Emerging Technology with tailor-made support and early-stage funding from pre-seed to Series B. I help create the structures and systems that allow founders to thrive while we back a regenerative and sustainable future. Life Beyond the Laptop Music, mountains, and movement keep me energized.
