About Stefan Collryd

I'm always up for a challenge, especially if it's tricky problem- solving. I'm usually very good at combining and twisting old ideas or knowledge to find new and creative solutions in designing. My thinking is always centered on understanding. I usually find ways to get a rough understanding of most things very quickly. With that basic understanding I (or someone else) can make a more informed decision. Fast understanding, decisions and solutions when time is short is a challenge that I'm both good at and really enjoy. I usually know what I want, and when I do, I normally make sure to get there. It might just be to get to the top of a hill when I'm out hiking or it could be to find that perfect solution. My aim is now, as it has been most of my life, to gain new experience and knowledge to help me to constantly improve and push my own barriers. This driving factor is only for myself, so that I can enjoy whatever I choose to do and grow while doing it. The qualities that I've described above is continually present in both professional and private life. My personality is simply, very much that, of an engineer, for both good and bad.
