About Stefan Danielsson

Curiosity for people and technology has been a driving force through my whole career and my role as Project Manager provides this in the best way. I see project management as the natural way for a company to secure an investment that leads to business revenue. My technical background stretches from production of electronics, working with helicopters at the Swedish Marine, going forward into Telecom and IT where business and people interact in our ever-changing world.Through my projects I have continued to sharpen my way of working with people, teams and project stakeholders, handling projects with different complexity and technology as well as working on the international scene in Europe, Asia, South America and US. I have managed and worked with projects for nearly 2 decades and still I get a great feeling when taking on a new assignment, forming a new team and understanding the projects specific needs and outcome.I believe in challenging established working methods and standards in order to improve and deliver, to always move my projects or organization towards a better position than before.I´m goal driven and always challenge myself and my team to improve, simply to add value!
