About Stefan Dinter

Nowadays I work as a Senior Manager for Sales and Innovation at ERGO Direkt in Nuremberg, where I previously was responsible for the Corporate Design Management. The Corporate Design Management were focussed on all design subjects form User Experience Design, User Interface Design, Corporate Design and all other applications connected to it. With my years of experience I joined a batch of Axel Springer Plug and Play Accelerator as a corporate member of the ERGO Group. This was focused on deal flow management and start-up scouting. By that I get deep insights of the start-up ecosystem Before working for ERGO Direkt, I worked as an User Experience Designer and Corporate Design Manager at NÜRNBERGER. One of the leading pioneers in the insurance industry in digitalization, focused on the design lead of App Development. I build up and run my own design studio in Dusseldorf focused on Corporate Design Consultancy. The clients of the studio have been public institutions, ministries as well as the state parliament of NRW and more. I have a wide range of working skills between sales development, business development, innovation management, design management, etc. At least I worked 6 years at different management positions at ERGO Direkt, 5 years in User Experience Design and Corporate Design at NÜRNBERGER, 4 years running my own design studio and 3 years I was working as a Designer at frog design-one of the top design studios. I hold a degree in Communication Design of the University of Applied Sciences Dusseldorf and attended in the University of Wuppertal. Also I was lecturer in the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität and regional leader of the design association AGD. Beside that I was co-founding the CoderDojo Nuremberg and others Specialties: With my deep understanding of the skills of design, business and and developing I’m implementing the concept of user centered design and seamless process in a large scaled company in my current position.
