About Stefan Droste

As CEO of a global organization with 1,500 employees, I lead with purpose, strategy, and a deep belief in the power of people. I hold full P&L responsibility and drive the strategic development of our business in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) space—ensuring we stay ahead in a fast-changing, complex world. My leadership focus is twofold: building resilience in uncertain times and creating an environment where people thrive. With an international, entrepreneurial team, we’ve grown our services, expanded our customer base, and turned a vision of a purpose-driven, growth-oriented organization into a commercially successful reality. My academic background bridges both science and leadership: I hold a doctorate in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Wuppertal and a PhD in Leadership and Management from Cranfield University, where my research explored how leaders navigate organizational paradoxes. This unique combination of analytical depth and strategic insight shapes the way I approach complexity, uncertainty, and transformation. I’m passionate about organizational behavior, navigating paradoxes in business, and fostering long-term relationships—both with clients and within our teams.
