I am a Strategy Consultant specializing in financial services companies across Canada and the United States, focusing on both public and private Fintech, Payments, and Financial Institutions companies. My expertise centers on strategy and implementation consulting, with an emphasis on capital raising and M&A Advisory. Past engagements include post-merger revenue synergy expansion, and private capital M&A advisory through the portfolio acquisition of a Consumer Loan Portfolio. Recognized clients include Brim Financial, Trevi Pay, FundThrough, NEO Financial, Staples, Central 1, Accelerated Payments, and Ingram Micro. In addition, I serve as a PortCo operator under the Payments and Partnerships Group, overseeing two subsidiary companies: the consulting arm, Payments+Partnerships, and CUPAY Merchant Services, a NUVEI ISO wholly owned by Payment Acceptance Solutions. My responsibilities include day-to-day business operations and identifying strategic M&A investment and partnership opportunities. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University, Canada’s top undergraduate business program, with an acceptance rate below 5%. Previously, I held roles in investment banking, covering REITs, REOCs, and transportation and logistics companies. My experience includes both public and private M&A advisory, where I navigated sell-side and buy-side M&A processes. Beyond my professional life, I am a passionate hockey fan, a casual NFL and NBA follower (especially during the Super Bowl and NBA Finals), and an animal lover who enjoys spending time with my dog, Coco.
