My strategic focus lies in creating easily integrable and scalable products and evolving business models to encompass both traditional and SaaS approaches. I bring a structured approach and a quick grasp to optimize organizations with complex interfaces and processes. My deep economic and technical understanding enables me to effectively bridge the gap between strategy and execution. Furthermore, I lead distributed development teams and implement Go-to-Market strategies together with our global sales team. My comprehensive competencies in digital transformation have been successfully demonstrated both internally and in client projects – from strategy and conception to implementation and the shaping of organisational frameworks. With over 16 years of experience at AVL, I have held diverse leadership positions and successfully managed digital transformation projects and product developments.
