I am a dynamic business leader with over 25 years of experience as Regional President, General Manager and in multiple senior marketing roles. I have a strong track record of delivering financial results, building brands and developing teams and individuals. I have successfully managed complex portfolios and large teams. I have significant experience in leading organizations and teams through change (company acquisition, merger, go-to-market change, culture change) and am very comfortable working in a fast paced, complex, multi-cultural environment. I am very passionate about innovation and creativity. I have experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Home Care, Health Care; B2C, B2B, D2C; working for private companies, listed companies, Private Equity. In my previous role, I have successfully built the Asia Pacific Region for Wella as President Asia Pacific and was part of the Wella Global Leadership Team. Before, I was General Manager Professional Beauty in Coty for Japan/Korea/South East Asia. Prior to this, I was General Manager Consumer Beauty for Germany, Austria Switzerland at Coty responsible for a wide range of beauty brands (make-up, fragrance, body care, hair care). Before, I was Category Director at Reckitt Benckiser, responsible for strategy and innovation pipeline for the Fabric Care portfolio. Prior to this, I was General Manager Japan for Reckitt Benckiser, where I was leading a multi-functional team of 130 people with full P&L responsibility. Before, I was Marketing Director for Reckitt Benckiser in the UK, leading a group of 70 marketers and being responsible for one of the largest Marketing budgets in the UK with a portfolio of leading Household, Personal Care and OTC brands. Prior to this, I was Marketing Director in India, being responsible for one of the biggest TV budgets in India. I have successfully led over 150 communication projects in these roles. I am an alumni of the Haniel Program of the German National Academic Foundation. I love sports, music, art, architecture, design, travel.
