What I have achieved: I have successfully established an operating model including 4 Center of Excellences (CoE) for Intelligent Automation, implementing governance frameworks, demand and idea management processes, ITSM processes and capability-building programs. By integrating RPA with AI technologies with structured organizational models, I have enabled Continental to accelerate automation adoption while ensuring compliance, scalability, and measurable ROI. In summary:~500 developers distributed over Conti business- and IT-departments automated bots based on UiPath - saving multiple thousand hours of time on a monthly basis.
