About Stefan Hising

I have been employed in a general management capacity as Managing Director for the past 20 years in various blue-chip companies throughout Europe, where developing and implementing strategy, particularly in areas of significant cross-cultural importance, has been the heart of my roles. It has been a hugely challenging, as well as an intensely intellectually stimulating set of experiences. Thereafter the last 15 years in my own company I have used my experience to the benefit of a number of projects resulting in a large number of satisfied customers. My strengths are leadership, strategic planning and delivering profitable growth. The particular areas I have concentrated on for the last years has been new business solutions/product development/growth, strategic turn around and M&A projects. Since 1983 I have had the opportunity to work for large corporate organisations, in their small units/affiliated companies or divisions within a corporate umbrella with a substantially entrepreneurial environment. Throughout my career the development of my management capabilities in a number of business sectors and in a variety of roles has involved taking responsibility for areas such as finance, human resources, IT, sales and marketing, in both private and public companies. As such I am extremely client focused, and a great supporter of the art and practice of customer relations and providing genuinely helpful solutions to their problems. I have substantial Board experience, with positions as company Secretary, Executive Board member and Chairman roles.
