Over 12 years of experience of working in different IT environments in various roles. Gained significant experience in both 1st & 2nd line support expert activities, as a teamleader of a service desk but also several years of experience in project management & business process analysis. I used my 1st & 2nd line supporting experience as a stepping stone to lead a service desk for about 3 years. At a later stage my experiences with ITIL processes, helped me to optimise incident & problem management process within a part of Colruyt Group Services.
