About Stefan Jankovic

As a computer management and mechanical engineering technician, I have been working in the field of quality assurance and electronics for over five years. I am currently an ESD Coordinator and Quality Technician at Brose Group, a leading supplier of mechatronic systems and electric drives for the automotive industry. My core competencies include failure analysis, electronics testing, ESD management, and quality system implementation. In my current role, I coordinate all ESD activities, analyze electronic parts in case of complaint, check electronics test equipment, and purchase equipment and consumables. I am also responsible for creating official reports and ensuring compliance with IPC-A-610 standards. Previously, I worked as a Quality Technician at PKC Group, where I managed a team of 30 controllers, created instructions for visual inspection, documentation for PPAP, and error and cost reduction reports, and implemented deviations and validations in the production process. I have acquired multiple certifications in quality tools. I am motivated by delivering high-quality products and services, and I enjoy working with diverse and collaborative teams.
