During a highly successful international career spanning more than 20 years, I have worked in various positions providing expert advice and technical consultation on the development and engineering of footwear materials and products for leading brands and manufacturers. I have worked across a variety of cultures with working and living abroad in Indonesia, China and Germany before moving to my current location in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I continuously strive to design creative and innovative footwear solutions focusing at the latest technologies and processes to produce products that are of an exceptional quality and market leading standards. Passionate about footwear, I have the proven ability to quickly grasp new concepts and ideas, effectively working through the technical challenges and consulting with development teams, suppliers and manufacturers to find the best possible solution. I love developing an idea through the full development life cycle and creating a high quality product that has met and exceeded all of the brief requirements. Having an extensive background in footwear engineering and manufacturing, my expert technical knowledge combined with excellent communication skills has enabled me to strategically implement best working practice standards and develop outstanding working relationships, both internally and externally with a wide range of suppliers and manufacturers across Europe and Asia.
