About Stefan Kennedy

I am an engaged and results-oriented General Counsel with over fifteen years’ experience in leading in-house legal teams across a number of regulated industries, including telecommunications, digital infrastructure, property and more recently, airports. Across my career as a General Counsel, I have coached and led customer-focused teams that deliver high performance, trust and success. My previous experience in Head of Legal roles for telecommunications vendors, digital infrastructure providers and currently an airports operator have provided broad experience building constructive and collaborative relationships with government agencies, regulators, utilities and service providers. My areas of expertise include governance, compliance, risk and claim management, property, regulatory, financing, strategy, acquisitions and corporate projects, complex disputes and litigation. As an experienced member of senior leadership teams, I shape and align legal and compliance outcomes with corporate and organisational vision and strategy. I understand the critical role of essential infrastructure to communities and the environment, and I enjoy working in organisations that embrace change and transformation.
