Passionate and articulated leader, I am experienced in both management of the R&D activities and day to day operational management in machinery / manufacturing companies. I have affinity with various industries: nuclear, industrial machinery, hi-tech instrument development and food industry. I lead and supervised projects through every stage of the business lifecyle: business development, pre-sales and sales, prototyping and design, procurement and selection of suppliers, outsourcing, prototypes building, testing and commissioning on the customer site. I am experienced both in R&D and serial production environments. Throughout my career I have been exposed to multicultural environments, developing empathy, management and people skills and affinity with business practices across Europe, Asia, Americas, and Russia, helping me achieving business results for our clients.
