About Stefan Massimo

I’ve been working for the mining Industry since 17 Years and gathered experiences in construction, commissioning & maintenance mainly for Comminution machineries as well as Pyro processing equipment. Throughout Project Management activities assigned to EP and EPC projects leading projects as Project Manager (PMP®) around the globe and interacting with intercultural Teams. Project contract close out negotiations and claim mitigating focused, is ground base of personal skills and knowledge. I’ve been involved in various concept studies for process plants throughout phases of testing within pilot plans, bank feasibilities and as well as developments of modularization concepts was being part of my Project Management profession. Involvement in design, technologies and enhancement of specific process parts exposed to high wear as well as providing support to capital sales have been part of my roll. I’m currently heading a service group taking care of after sales business in the Region America’s, helping to develop sales strategies and collaboration within a matrix organized company. I’m very dedicated to topics related to mechanical engineering, technologies and Project Management methods and technics.
