About Stefan Mikulas

I have broad experience with realization of workflows delivering that value to a customer in the sustainably shortest lead time while simultaneously providing the highest possible quality. I like to be a mediator connecting IT with business. I believe in IT transformation into company's competitive advantage and achieving true business agility through implementation of Lean values and principles. I am able to cover the whole path starting from a business idea to the release of a successful product. The core principle behind all my actions is always the first principle of Agile Manifesto:"Our highest priority is to satisfy the customer through early and continuous delivery of valuable software".
