As a seasoned Program Lead in the biopharmaceutical industry, I bring over a decade of experience driving innovation and excellence across the full spectrum of product development—from translating research candidates into development programs to achieving marketing authorization and launching biopharmaceuticals. I began my journey in the pharmaceutical industry grounded in scientific research, leading CMC downstream process development teams and shaping development strategies. Transitioning from subject matter expert to matrix leadership as an R&D project lead allowed me to deepen my leadership skills and broaden my perspective on pharmaceutical development. In my current role as Senior Program Manager / Program Lead in Boehringer Ingelheim’s Therapeutic Area "Inflammation", I’ve expanded my focus beyond R&D to include clinical development, market access, medical affairs, and marketing. I’ve had the privilege of seeing our product evolve into a marketed brand, while honing my stakeholder management skills through close collaboration with senior leadership. I’ve also contributed to strategic in- and out-licensing efforts, gaining valuable insights into external innovation and portfolio shaping. I’m passionate about translating scientific insights into patient-centric outcomes, fostering collaboration, and mentoring teams to reach their full potential. I thrive at the intersection of science, leadership, and problem-solving—delivering impactful solutions in complex, cross-functional environments.
