About me and Work experience summary. About me: I am a hardworking person with lots of self-confidence and passionate in every project I start. I like challenges, persevere and am always willing to learn new things. I am motivated, reliable and self-disciplined. Once I know the task, I work independently and can work in a team. I am focused, can perform under pressure and thrive for the best results. I adapt to different situations. I have recently been audited internally for a study as well as a study by the FDA and thus are familiar with the importance of first time quality and audit processes. On numerous occasions I helped group members with group tasks to ensure quality results. Work experience summary: My career within the Clinical research industry over the past 6 years has ranged from an Assistant Bioanalyst to my current role as Associate Data Team Lead within an Oncology FSP Team. My duties included, but weren't restricted to: Operational experience in Data Management (DM), spanning the duration of studies (start-up and conduct) on various global/multi‐national projects (Phase I & II) across: Europe, Asia, India, Australia, USA and South America, within multiple Therapeutic areas. I have significant experience working on the following therapeutic area: Oncology as outliers. My current role involves: supporting a multi‐functional team (within a sponsor based FSP environment) that effectively creates databases that meet customer requirements and expectations, supports frequent deliverables, data analyses, and project outcome reporting, all while acting in a bold, LEAN, and shrewd manner in accordance with the established Key Performance Indicators. Other significant responsibilities include training of team members on User Acceptance Testing.
