About Stefan Schablowski

My career commenced at Vodafone GmbH, where I initially served as a student trainee and subsequently as Deputy Project and Campaign Manager. This role provided me with substantial experience in project management and campaign coordination. Following this, I joined Allianz Deutschland AG, working within the Human Resource Operational Management Team in the Transformation and Steering Department. During this period, I authored my master's thesis, focusing on the harmonization of administrative processes as part of the "Human Resources Transformation Germany" project. Additionally, I gained initial technical experience in preparing and implementing automated solutions, such as a document generator. At Gebrüder Peters Gebäudetechnik GmbH, I acted as the central liaison for the digitalization of personnel processes among all stakeholders, IT, and management. As a Project Manager, I was responsible for the successful implementation, roll-out, and further development of the applicant management software Prescreen, as well as the digital employee referral software Firstbird. Currently, I am employed as a Project Management Consultant at Volkswagen Group Services GmbH. In this capacity, I oversee cross-brand national and international IT projects within VW AG, ensuring a competitive and sustainable orientation.
