About Stefan Schoenmaker

Ever since I am developing electronics for embedded systems, I realized that I enjoy the search and realization of appropriate and balanced solutions in all aspects of electronics design. Some of my activities- Project management for multidisciplinary product development- Industrial grade electronics design, from concept stage to production stage- Low Voltage Directive compliant design, including compliance testing- EMC Directive compliant design, including compliance testing- Electronics design and PCB layout experience with Altium Designer- Setting up an open source gnu arm development environment in C for a Cortex M3 platform- Writing low level drivers for various microcontrollers and application processors, for the purpose of debugging the hardware- Actively involved in creation of department procedures- Outsourcing experience, including O.D.M. of complex components- R & TTE, RED, FCC testing and certification of radio equipment. I am especially interested in the following subjects- RF Design for Contactless Mifare, EMVCo.) including the design for verification setups- All round Electronics design, implementation, verification and troubleshooting- Low level debugging of hard- and software for embedded systems.
