About Stefan Szugalski

I combine methods from consumer psychology and behavioral economics with creative advertising to develop marketing communications that influence people's reactions - emotions, attitudes and behaviour. The two most important things I bring to the table is that I'm a doer and a people's person. I have a PhD from School of Economics and +15 years of experience as consultant (Differ, Storåkers McCann, Here Are Lions, Pond Design) with roles such as CEO, strategist, head of strategy and innovation. This path has led me to where I am today; CMO with responsibility for the company’s Brand & Marketing, research and PR. My expertise extends from strategy development (business strategy, digital marketing strategy, communication strategy); innovation (Concept and product development, Go to market); Design (Design strategy and design program) and tactical marketing communication (Inbound & Outbound marketing, Product marketing, Performance marketing, PR, SOME) I have a strong conviction that sustainable, effective marketing is created by a well-founded strategy and creative craftsmanship with fingertip sense. Because regardless of whether it is consumers, investors, customers or politicians who are on the receiving end, it's all about influencing people's reactions.
