About Stefan Temmer

Bravery in decision-making is crucial to me. I stand by those decisions and openly acknowledge if they weren't the best ones. It's important to recognize that, at the time of decision-making, facts and knowledge are often limited. It's natural to become wiser over time. I live by the philosophy of "better to have a bad decision than none at all." With that said, I thrive in an environment that embraces failure and encourages courageous individuals. It brings me immense satisfaction to witness others succeed, knowing that I've played a part in initiating the process. At Beumer Group, I'm at the forefront of intralogistics innovation. Our focus on pouch sorting is just the beginning of an exciting journey. End of 2020: I got the opportunity to work in a start-up like branch of the Beumer with the focus on Pouch Sorter, however, there is no limit in the future. The journey ahead is very exciting and working in small, ambitious team of experts promises a bright future. 2019: Again, I am back at Schaefer and having a new role as Solution Architect in realization department of Healthcare and Cosmetics - in my known software product I am a Software Architect but at the same time I am the interface to the standard development department and to other business units to articulate important topics from projects and at the same time recognize synergies to provide more efficient solutions. From January 2017 to Dezember 2018 I have worked for the Schaefer oversea branch in Sydney - in two years I have lived one year in Sydney and have supported the daily IT business of Schaefer Australia, done projects and supported customers. 2018 I have done a bigger shuttle matrix project in Brisbane and completed it successfully. I started with intralogistics in 2007 working for the world leading company SSI Schaefer. I have done many installations world wide and I have gained a lot of experience in commissioning challenging installations, handling stressed customers and of course intralogistics.
