Previously, I worked for many years in the banking industry in various expert and leadership positions in HR and Organizational Learning & Development, e.g. as Vice President L&D and Head of UniCredit Academy until 2021. Incidentially starting my own business (TEUFLs CONSULTING) advising People and Culture Teams on digital L&D strategies, modern workplace cultures and contemporary Performance Management systems.
