About Stefan Weber

During my professional work life I had the opportunity to work in a lot of different industries and positions. Mainly with focus on IT projects, programs, Environments. organisations and strategies. Apart from getting a lot of hands on experience in different areas, I was getting more and more aware of the key, which are the people, communication and mindset. Based on this for example I developed and adopted different views for example on projects, operations and leadership. Projects are no issue of a classical triangle like time, scope and budget. Especially in IT the hidden problem of most development projects is easily forgotten: operability of the software. So due to this it must be a square: scope, operability, time and budget. Similar things can be observed in leadership and Organisation. It is not a question to replace one dogma with an other and thinking that one thing will fit for all. It is more the real agile mindset, which means to me, that we have to look at the individual issue, Organisation, team etc. and find out together with the people who are doing it, how to do it the best way with the focus to achieve the target. For this, all the known and upcoming methods and models are like a giant tool box, which can be used to put a working model together. This by having an overall focus on the cost and operability of the whole company in mind. Don´t get me wrong, I´m not heading for organisations, where there is no coordination and global optimization. I´m looking for a solutions, where we can give maximum grades of freedom to our people, with the maximum needed support, to achieve our companies goals.
