Transformation is driven by people – I lead with vision, communication, and a passion for digital innovation. As a Director Digital Consulting, I advise companies on developing, optimizing, and scaling digital products – always with a clear focus on business success. With a systematic approach to digital and business strategy, I identify growth opportunities and turn ideas into measurable results. I empower and lead cross-functional teams (totaling around 120 members, including 8 direct reports) across international, diverse environments to design innovative solutions and implement them successfully in partnership with clients. I view transformation first and foremost as a people-centered endeavor – accordingly, I embrace modern leadership principles, open communication, and close collaboration to drive sustainable change. Much of my experience to date has been in the automotive industry; at the same time, following my CV I am thematically flexible and eager to apply my expertise across sectors.
