I am currently working as a Building Surveyor at Lysander Associates, with extensive experience across all aspects of the role, particularly within the commercial sector. I am currently progressing towards RICS chartership, with my final assessment scheduled for Spring 2025. Previously, at Crawford & Co, I developed my expertise in preparing schedules of condition, reviewing building designs and alteration costs, and managing project proposals. Working closely with clients and contractors, I honed my ability to deliver projects efficiently while balancing stakeholder expectations. My earlier career as a contractor gave me hands-on experience and a practical understanding of construction challenges, enabling me to anticipate obstacles and devise effective solutions for complex issues. Outside of work, I am passionate about supporting my community. For the past seven years, I have successfully organized charity events for the Pickering Drop-In Centre in Tunbridge Wells and Mental Health Resource (MHR), raising vital funds and fostering strong community engagement. With my diverse experience, practical knowledge, and dedication to professional growth, I am eager to progress in the industry.
