About Stefania Antone

An over 20-year journey in learning & development, covering different positions - trainer, trainer of trainers, instructional designers, coach, business developer - and working with very diverse people - frontline employee, corporate leaders, entrepreneurs and international training professionals. Now I strive to facilitate change in organizations, as an organizational development consultant. I see my role as that of a catalyst, working side by side with the clients who “own” their change and coming up with the right tool at the the right time. I believe success comes from being client-centered while at the same time having a strong sense of self, being genuine while doing consultancy, training, coaching. This helps you truly connect with the client system and then the work begins. It can mean very diverse things: training in leadership, communication, customer service or sales, analyzing the culture or team dynamics, doing coaching with key leaders, facilitating team workshops or board meetings.
