About Stefania Boschetti

As of 1 July 2024, I am the CEO and Chairman of EY Italy Consortium. For me it’s a great honor that the EY network trusted me to become the first Italian woman leading one of the Big4, and I welcome this new challenge with great enthusiasm. I will lead more than 9 thousand professionals in Italy, who strive to continue to be at the center of the transformation of Italy and Italian companies by creating value for our businesses, for our customers and for the communities in which we operate, while continuing to build a culture where everyone can give the best of themselves. I began my career at EY in 1992, becoming Partner in 2003. Over the years, I’ve held various leadership positions, including my current roles as Chairman of the Board of Directors of EY S.p.A. and head of the Turin office. I am a qualified Chartered Accountant with a degree in Economics. Throughout my 32-year career, I’ve developed a deep know-how of dealing with business complexities, acquired a deep understanding of the Italian market, and gained extensive professional experience in assisting listed global clients in a wide range of industries, including Manufacturing, Automotive, Construction and Retail. My experience extends also to Italian Family offices, Private markets and Philanthropy, advising clients in assurance, corporate finance and advisory services.
