About Stefania Dobre

As a Modern Slavery Outreach Advocate at Hestia Charity, I support survivors of human trafficking and slavery to rebuild their lives and integrate into society. I conduct assessments, referrals, and advocacy. I hold an MSc in Criminology and Criminal Justice from City, University of London, where I developed my critical thinking, research, and analytical skills. I have a keen interest in state-corporate crime and human rights, and I have published an article on the Probo Koala incident in Ivory Coast. I have also gained valuable volunteer experience in various criminal justice institutions, such as the police, the prison system, the third sector, and the magistrate's court. I am passionate about social justice and empowering vulnerable people.
