About Stefania Guida

Passionate about social impact and financial inclusion, I have over 10 years of experience working as a country coordinator, project manager and grant and major donors in at least 5 different countries. My expertise lies in working on projects that aim to promote social justice, empower underserved people (such as migrants, refugees, women victims of violence, people under house arrest and unbankable young entrepreneurs) and provide training and mentoring to start a business or facilitate job placement. I can manage a team of people and coordinate multi-stakeholder EU projects, with care and empathy. I try to simplify tasks with ICT tools, and am a fan of Excel sheets and processes. I can communicate well with very different stakeholders and I can be engaging. I can do fundraising, with private and corporate donors. I strongly believe in the values of inclusion, nonviolence, and environmental sustainability. I have worked with various organizations, including international NGOs, start-ups, local nonprofits, and big corporations: changes don’t scare me. My last work has taught me the importance of collaboration, adaptability and consistency between visions and actions in achieving sustainable social impact. I am always eager to learn and grow, and I thrive in a dynamic, multicultural and challenging environment
