About Stefania Mastan

As an objective, I would say that I am searching to work in an environment that kindles my interest and enables me to grow not just professionally, but as a person as well. A field where everybody joins forces to achieve the same goal. In the same light, I must admit that sometimes working with other people might be challenging, but I strongly believe that one should always be willing to learn new things and to see the world from different perspectives. Thus, “putting oneself in the other person’s shoes” I find to be tremendously useful at times. Overall, I see myself as an ambitious person, quite positive and dependable. Essentially, my professional target is to work in an environment that inspires and challenges, at a company that values its employees and their work.
