My name is Stefania, and I am a dedicated and detail-oriented VAT Consultant at Tenneco. I am currently completing my Master's in Taxation at the Faculty of Finance and Banking. My role at Tenneco involves ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations, optimizing tax systems for efficient VAT reporting, and providing consultancy on indirect tax matters, with a growing focus on tax technology, automation, and regulatory developments, including SAF-T compliance and digital tax reporting. Before joining Tenneco, I completed an internship at the Center of Financial and Monetary Research, where I conducted a research paper that was published in a specialized journal. This experience enhanced my research skills, attention to details, and ability to analyze complex financial data. For the future, my main goals are to develop my skills and knowledge in the field of indirect taxes, with a focus on tax technology and tax consultancy, developing expertise in tax planning, compliance strategies, technology-driven solutions, and working alongside professionals from diverse fields to drive innovation in tax processes.
