With a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and extensive experience in research and development, I currently work at ELITechGroup S.p.a. as an I&I Coordinator and R&D Scientist. I specialize in development, innovation, and management of complex projects, focusing on compliance with regulations and quality standards e.g. IVDR, MDSAP, ISO13485, ISO17511, etc. I have developed advanced expertise in: Molecular Biology Techniques: RNA/DNA extraction, Real-Time PCR, library preparation for sequencing (ChIP-seq, RNA-seq, etc.). Cell Culture: managing diverse cell lines, with experience in proliferation and migration assays. Biochemistry: Western Blotting, immunoprecipitation, molecular cloning, TALEN, and CRISPR technologies. Microscopy and Imaging: confocal, fluorescence, and stereological microscopy. Throughout my career, I have contributed to numerous academic and industrial research projects, publishing articles in high-impact scientific journals, including Nature and Nucleic Acids Research. I have also participated in international conferences, enhancing my communication and networking skills.
