I am a professional with more than 25 years of experience in the Media, Communication and Advertising sector, gained in international and challenging working contexts. Over the years I have developed both managerial and technical skills that allow me to perform successfully in both human resources management and in the development and implementation of activities aimed at achieving specific business objectives. In the last fifteen years my qualification as Executive and subsequently as Managing Director, has allowed me to relate with the highest top management and international stakeholders. In my long professional life I have managed clients belonging to different categories like luxury, automotive, entertainment, beverage, finance and pharma, just to mention the main one. I am digitally integrated with a 360 degree vision of communication. I maintain and cultivate an attitude of openness towards what is new. I am flexible to change and consider it the driving force of all progress.
