About Stefanie Audia

As Plato said, “Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a harder battle.” As a RN with specialties in adult and pediatric complex cases kindness is something I have to offer my patients along with exceptional care. I have used my experience and knowledge to become a leader that manages complex cases with empathy and ease. From being able to grow and develop agencies from inception to training and developing nursing talent I am able to get results and still be kind. Being a strong communicator, I am able to cultivate and develop meaningful relationships with local communities, hospitals and agencies. I utilize high levels of emotional intelligence and empathy to be a strong advocate and member of my community. I educate on patient care to clinical staff, nurses, home healthcare aides, family and friends to ensure patients have the right care and their loved ones know how to handle it. I have experiences in nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, family homes, residential group homes and inpatient hospital settings that have shaped my career. I am able to work cross functionally with internal and external partners.
