About Stefanie Conti

I’ve always dreamt about being a world class flight attendant, so that I can travel around the world one day. But when I reached my peak height in middle school standing at a solid 4'10, I realized that probably isn't the best career path for me. But I wasn't willing to give up on my dreams just I settled with majoring in Supply Chain Management minoring in Social Justice through Rutgers Business School. Although not being my first career choice, I envision combining my passion for travel and business through this career path. Before graduation, I had hopes of growing my Youtube Channel by creating more music content and sharing my life to my viewers through vlogs. By expanding my social media presence, I become more in tune with my generations likings and utilize those findings in my future business endeavors As I dove more into social media, I found a great fascination with the beauty and fashion industry. In the future, I have goals to work in demand planning, trend forecasting, and project management in those industries with hopes to expand my scope globally. Currently, I work as a Global Logistics Project Manager at IBM. Here I have worked with finance and logistics departments overseeing operations, including carrier management, claims resolution, invoicing ticket management, automation, invoice validations, and regular KPI assessments for auditing and executive reporting. I've gained valuable experience here, and now I'm eager to apply my knowledge and skills in industries and projects that align with my interests-contributing to greater worldly changes in new and exciting professional environments Outside of work, I love trying rock climbing, sobbing to my favorite Kdramas and Animes, findings unique places to eat and work at, and serving at my local church.
