As the Imaging Manager at Women's Healthcare Associates, I oversee the daily operations and quality of the imaging department, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care. I have more than eight years of experience in clinical imaging management, supervision, and coordination, working in various health care settings and specialties. I am skilled in radiology, bone density, HIT, PACS, lean six sigma, and change management. I have a bachelor's degree in health care administration and management from Concordia University-Portland. I have successfully implemented new imaging technologies, protocols, and workflows, resulting in improved efficiency, accuracy, and patient satisfaction. I have also developed and delivered presentations and trainings on imaging equipment and best practices, generating new sales opportunities and enhancing staff competencies. My mission is to leverage my expertise and leadership to optimize the imaging services and outcomes for Women's Healthcare Associates and its patients.
