About Stefanie McQuery

I specialize in building lasting relationships with the moving forces of my community; particularly local businesses. I have found great success in partnering with my organizational resources to meet the financial needs of our community. I am certified by the Washington Banker’s Association in Leadership, Customer Service, and Management along with a Leadership Certification from Wildsparq. I joined First Financial Northwest Bank in June 2015 after more than 15 years of service in Retail Banking focused on Snohomish County. I serve on the Executive Committee for both the Mill Creek Chamber of Commerce and the Mill Creek Town Center Association. I am an active volunteer and support many of our local non-profits, such as Mill Creek Community Food Bank, Domestic Violence Services of Snohomish County, Children Country Homes and Rotary Club of Mill Creek. My goal in joining the FFNWB team is to increase our presence in Snohomish County by leveraging my diverse relationships and bringing the quality products of FFNWB to our local businesses. I am passionate about my community and my work; and it shows, when you meet me. I have a love for our local sports teams, especially the Seahawks! I have been blessed to have my husband and children encourage and support me throughout my career.
