Bartending, teaching and volunteering are passions inextricable from my daily life. I prefer to stay behind the scenes but love when my input is valued and considered when implementing improvements within an organization. I believe there is always room for improvement personally and professionally so I live and work accordingly. I value honesty, professionalism, and ethical decision-making. I've proven myself a reliable and conscientious employee with a girl scout backbone- I always leave a place (shift, station, workspace) better than I found it. I am proactive and always prepared- key to being a superstar bartender. I love my team at my position - I am sure to build up my coworkers' self-esteem and show appreciation and respect for all team members at any and every opportunity. Good work ethic can be contagious; any person in any position has the power to improve a place in their own unique way. Do you know the capacity of your staff? Utilizing employees in line with their strengths not only improves morale and pride- but helps prevent burn-out- nobody has to pick up more slack then they need to; as everyone is eager and excited to pitch in!
