About Stefanie Taylor

Stefanie Taylor is the Contract Compliance Manager and Small Business Liaison for the Cobb County Government - Department of Transportation (Cobb DOT). She is responsible for assisting in the planning and development of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local mandated policies and regulations including small business participation in Cobb DOT procurements. Stefanie is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Public Administration at the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University. She has over 15 years of government procurement and contracting experience and currently holds five professional certifications - Certified Public Manager (CPM), Certified Procurement Professional (NIGP-CPP), Certified Public Procurement Officer (CPPO), Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB). Stefanie is a member of the Governmental Procurement Association of Georgia and the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing. She is also a member of the National Contract Management Association and is a graduate of their prestigious Contract Management Leadership Development Program.
