With over 15 years of experience in the watch and jewelry industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who oversees the sales and distribution of 12 brands in the EMEA region, Global Retail and US (luxury brands) for Timex Group, a global leader in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of innovative timepieces and accessories. My core competencies include international sales management, luxury goods, market research, travel retail, fashion industry, retail and merchandising, emerging markets, fashion jewelry, and jewelry. I have a strong international academic background, with degrees in Economics and Business Administration from prestigious universities in Italy, Switzerland, China, and the Netherlands. I have also lived and worked in various countries and regions, gaining valuable cultural and business insights. In my current role, I am responsible for the commercial performance and strategic growth of 10 diverse and distinctive brands, ranging from iconic American names like Timex and Guess, to renowned Italian fashion houses like Versace, Salvatore Ferragamo, and Missoni, to disruptive and fast-growing newcomers like Philipp Plein and Furla. I work closely with our partners and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results and customer satisfaction, while ensuring alignment with the group's vision and values. Timex Group brand portfolio under my responsibility includes: Timex, Guess, GC, Versace, Ferragamo, Missoni, Philipp Plein Watches and Jewerly, Plein Sport, Nautica, adidas Originals, Furla Watches and Jewerly, Ted Baker. My mission is to leverage my expertise and passion for the watch and jewelry industry to drive innovation, excellence, and profitability for Timex Group and its brands in the EMEA region and beyond.
