Currently at the client I deal with * Collect, understand and interpret the indications and requests reported by the end customer by improving (where possible) the definition of functional processes and the application and/or technological architecture * Definition of + budget (preparation of estimates/final balance)+ timeline (project dates)* Management/planning of resources at the foreign Delivery Center * Functional analysis * Development of evolutionary * Maintenance + development of fixes + tickets + performance analysis * Testing and supporting customer certification up to production release * Assistance to the customer's system groups for any requests to comply with the required company standards * Design the architecture of new systems (such as migration to new servers) and then coordinate the customer's system groups Good interpersonal communication, sense of responsibility, excellent ability to evaluate people, ability to critically analyze problems and identify possible solutions.
