About Stefano Carnevale

Driven and results-oriented, I firmly believe that success stems from the combination of in-depth analysis and strong, trust-based relationships. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to turn complex challenges into growth opportunities: from demand planning, where I developed a planning system that significantly reduced stockouts, to the creation of a brand-new logistics structure to manage the direct distribution of Duvel brands in Italy. Since 2022, we have taken over the distribution in Italy of the Duvel Moortgat NV group (Duvel, Chouffe, Vedett, Maredsous), facing a significant increase in volumes and operational complexity—a challenge successfully overcome. My approach is based on a holistic and analytical view of the supply chain, considering every phase and stakeholder as part of an interconnected system. I am committed to building positive and proactive work environments where everyone can express their full potential with mutual respect and kindness. I am convinced that continuous improvement comes from balancing innovation and pragmatism, from attentive listening, and from the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges—always guided by concrete data and a customer-centric mindset. Outside of work, I cultivate a passion for art, especially the intense realism of Caravaggio, and I am fascinated by human cultures and geopolitical dynamics, which enrich my ability to think globally and critically.
