WHO I AM I'm a Geologist with more than 8 years experience in the oilfield with Schlumberger company WHAT I AM DOING I am currently working as an Installed Base Administrator, responsible for capturing and maintaining records of medical equipment manufactured by Philips, sold, and installed at customer sites. My role ensures that the installed base data is accurately created through the sales order process and maintained through any subsequent service or commercial activities. This is critical to meeting Quality and Regulatory requirements for the traceability of medical devices. In addition to my core responsibilities, I am a certified Continuous Improvement Agent, utilizing E2E Lean and PRIDE methodologies to drive process improvements. My commitment to continuous learning led me to complete a Master's in Web Marketing at Digital Coach, where I gained expertise in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, e-commerce, and analytics tools like Google AdWords and Google Analytics. I also had hands-on experience as a Junior Web Analyst and Junior Web Marketing Specialist during my time at Digital Coach. Previously, I worked as a Junior HR & Payroll Administrator at DXC Technology, and more recently, I completed a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Six Sigma Academy Amsterdam. Earlier in my career, I worked as a geologist in the oil industry, where I had the opportunity to travel extensively, engaging with diverse cultures and broadening my global perspective.
