Technical-Scientific: Senior operator in clinical development and formulation department for oral and solid pharmaceutical forms. • Plans and complete the manufacturing campaigns to agreed quality standards and timelines: • Plan, compile and review batch documentation (MBRs/BRs) sample plans, manufacturing Protocols etc. • Ensures that documentation meets departmental and quality standards and that the product meets clinical supply requirement; • Complete the batch documentation in a timely manner with no quality critical errors and he’s able to identify unplanned procedural deviations, document appropriately and highlight to checker/approver; • Participates in department/ divisional business or technology improvement activities • Ebsure that all the work carried Supports manufacturing campaigns to agreed quality standards and timeline • Compile Batch documentation (BR) following GMP rules • Complete batch documentation in a timely manner with no quality critical errors • Ensure that all the work carried out is perfomed in a safe and secure manner and that all relevant company and local safety procedures are followed. Managerial: • In conjunction with their supervisor and Pharmaceutical Development colleagues, develops manufacturing strategies; • Ensures product is manufactured to agreed quality/cGMP standards and timelines. Identifies planned and unplanned changes and ensures that they are documented appropriately. Principal Responsibilities: • Trainer for encapsulation/over encapsulation, granulation, coating, tableting, spry drier, estruder, personnel and material flows in manufacturing areas. • Primary point of contract for safety aspects in manufacturing area.
